For decades, industrial processing diluted traditional flavors with sawdust, synthetic colorings, and chemical additives. We set out to change that. By partnering directly with multigenerational spice farmers in Matale, Kandy, and the Southern coast of Sri Lanka, we harvest heirloom botanicals at their peak aromatic maturity.
